In this section of my web site, you will find case strategies and case studies for a variety of disabling impairments.
Click on a particular medical condition and you can read about how I approach a case when my client has that condition. In addition you will find links to case studies for actual cases I have tried.
A case study write-up is a description of an actual case that I took before an Administrative Law Judge. I usually write up the case studies immediately after returning from court so the results are not always known. I do try to update these case studies to let you know how they turned out. Since Social Security disability court cases are private and not open to the public, these case studies are as close as you can get to sitting in and watching me litigate a claim in a Social Security hearing room.
